Summer is quickly coming to an end and I don't know if you've noticed but we have no collection yet. We are going to LA this Saturday to meet with our pattern maker and discuss production costs. I am so scared but so excited at the same time.

So...if you've been following me on social media, you know that Mila has turned the big T-W-O! Which means now we enter those "terrible two's" that everyone talks about! I've never really thought there was any truth behind that stage, or maybe I just thought that all kids have their difficult phase at different times, because all kids grow differently, right? Well, in my case, I was WRONG!

Ahh, feels like forever since my last update! We've been extremely busy, not so much with the business but more so with my first job, Mom'ing! We recently had to move, so we've been packing/unpacking and I've learned that moving with a toddler is NOT easy or fun! 

Ever since I read the detailed email on our production costs, I've been feeling all kinds of things. Of course the main emotion here is sad. Feeling sad is pretty obvious, I mean don't we all feel a little sad when we feel failure?  

As much as I only love sharing the good news of building this brand, I have to share the bad as well. Last Friday we received our production costs and WOW, they were not at all what we expected.
